Qualification Requirement: Purchase of 10 eligible Zolid Bion blanks
1. Campaign Eligibility
The campaign is open to eligible customers in Jordan who purchase a total of 10 eligible Zolid Bion zirconia blanks from Amann Girrbach through the campaign.
Each Zolid Bion blank counts as one qualifying unit, regardless of diameter, height, or shade, provided that the product is officially included in the campaign.
Eligibility is subject to full compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Only purchases that have been fully invoiced, fully paid, and delivered/received by the customer will be considered eligible for the campaign.
2. Campaign Registration Period
Campaign registration will remain open until 30 November 2026.
Customers must confirm their participation and complete all required purchasing and payment procedures within the campaign timeline.
The company reserves the right to reject any registration that does not meet the campaign requirements or is submitted after the applicable deadline.
3. Purchase and Payment Requirement
The customer must complete the purchase of the required 10 qualifying Zolid Bion blanks.
Before any embassy/visa application procedures or invitation-request procedures are initiated, the customer must:
- Complete the required purchase.
- Settle 100% of all outstanding invoices related to the campaign purchase.
- Receive/collect the purchased products.
- Provide the required personal and travel documentation.
Only after the above requirements have been completed will the company proceed with the applicable invitation and visa-support procedures.
4. Flight Coverage
The campaign includes air travel to Cologne, Germany, subject to the company's approved travel package, internal policies, terms, and conditions.
The company shall determine the airline, flight itinerary, travel dates, and booking arrangements in accordance with the approved campaign program, applicable company policies, and availability at the time of booking.
Any additional costs arising from customer-requested changes, upgrades, additional baggage, preferred airlines, alternative routes, or other personal travel preferences shall be borne by the customer, subject to the company's applicable terms and conditions.
Flight booking will be arranged by the company in accordance with its approved procedures and will be completed after the customer has obtained the required Schengen visa.
The company shall determine the airline, flight itinerary, travel dates, and booking arrangements in accordance with the approved campaign program, applicable company policies, and availability at the time of booking.
Any additional costs arising from customer-requested changes, upgrades, additional baggage, preferred airlines, alternative routes, or other personal travel preferences shall be borne by the customer, subject to the company's applicable terms and conditions.
Flight booking will be arranged by the company in accordance with its approved procedures and will be completed after the customer has obtained the required Schengen visa.
5. Hotel Accommodation
The campaign includes accommodation under the company's approved Basic Hotel Package.
The hotel and its location will be selected and determined by the company based on the approved campaign arrangements and availability.
Accommodation will be provided on a shared-room basis for two persons per room.
The Basic Hotel Package does not include breakfast.
Any upgrade or additional service requested by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Single-room accommodation
- Higher-category hotel
- Room upgrade
- Breakfast
- Additional hotel services
- Alternative hotel
- Additional nights
shall be entirely at the customer's expense.
Hotel booking will be completed after the customer has obtained the required Schengen visa.
6. Changes to Travel Arrangements
If the customer requests:
- Additional days of stay
- A different flight
- Different travel dates
- An alternative itinerary
- A different hotel
- A room upgrade
- Any other modification to the approved travel arrangements
the requested change will be subject to availability and approval.
Any resulting difference in price or additional cost shall be paid by the customer.
7. Visa and Embassy Procedures
Visa-related procedures will begin from November 2026, according to the applicable appointment availability, embassy requirements, and campaign timeline.
The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and valid documentation within the deadlines specified by the company or the appointed travel office.
The company will assist the customer with the required invitation and travel arrangements through the designated procedures.
The company does not guarantee the issuance of a visa, as the final decision rests solely with the relevant embassy/consular authority.
8. Visa Refusal
If a customer's Schengen visa application is officially refused by the relevant embassy, the case will be handled according to the campaign's approved compensation policy.
The customer will receive a Zolid Bion bonus in accordance with the bonus offer agreed and currently applied in the company's market promotions as compensation for being unable to participate in the trip due to visa refusal.
The applicable bonus will be subject to the company's approved bonus policy and verification of the official visa refusal.
9. IDS 2027 Welcome Meeting
A special welcome meeting will be organized for qualifying campaign customers at the Amann Girrbach Booth during IDS 2027.
The meeting will take place on:

Location: Amann Girrbach Booth – IDS 2027
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
This meeting will take place during the final two hours of visitor opening time on the second day of the exhibition.
Guests will be welcomed at the Amann Girrbach Booth and offered refreshments and soft drinks.
The hospitality program does not include a formal dinner.
10. Amann Girrbach Booth Experience
Qualifying customers will have the opportunity to visit and experience the Amann Girrbach Booth at IDS 2027 in Cologne.
The company will communicate any additional booth activities, presentations, hospitality arrangements, or meeting details to eligible participants when officially confirmed.
11. Travel Office and Booking Assistance
The company will assist eligible customers with their travel arrangements through a designated travel office.
The company's role includes assisting customers with the required booking procedures and coordination related to the approved campaign package.
The company is not responsible for personal travel plans, tourism activities, private arrangements, or other activities undertaken by the customer outside the official campaign program.
12. Customer Responsibility During Travel
The customer remains responsible for:
- Providing valid travel documents
- Providing accurate personal information
- Obtaining the required visa
- Complying with airline, hotel, airport, embassy, and immigration requirements
- Arriving on time for all confirmed travel arrangements
- Any personal expenses outside the approved campaign package
- Any optional activities or services not included in the campaign
The company shall not be responsible for losses, expenses, cancellations, or disruptions arising from the customer's failure to comply with travel or immigration requirements.
13. Product Changes
After qualifying for the campaign, the customer may request changes to dimensions and/or shades, subject to availability and the company's approval.
Such changes must remain strictly within the Zolid Bion product range covered by the campaign.
The customer may not exchange Zolid Bion for another zirconia product, another material, or a product outside the approved campaign range.
14. No-Return Policy
Products purchased under this campaign are non-returnable after completion of the purchase.
This restriction does not affect any applicable rights relating to manufacturing defects or cases specifically approved by the company under its applicable product policy.
15. Campaign Timeline
Customers must comply with the campaign timeline.

Failure to meet the required deadlines may affect the customer's ability to participate in the travel arrangements.
16. Non-Transferability
The campaign qualification and associated travel benefit are personal to the qualifying customer and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another person without the company's prior written approval.
17. Campaign Package Limitations
The travel benefit is limited to the items expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
Any expense not specifically included in the approved campaign package shall be the customer's responsibility.
This may include, where applicable:
- Flight upgrades
- Hotel upgrades
- Single-room supplements
- Breakfast
- Additional nights
- Personal transportation
- Personal meals
- Tourism and leisure activities
- Additional baggage
- Personal purchases
- Other optional services
18. Changes to the Campaign
The company reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify campaign arrangements, travel schedules, hotel arrangements, meeting arrangements, or other operational details due to availability, airline schedules, hotel availability, exhibition requirements, embassy procedures, or circumstances beyond the company's control.
Any material change affecting qualifying customers will be communicated to them through the appropriate channel.
19. Final Interpretation
Participation in the campaign constitutes the customer's acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any discrepancy between promotional material and these Official Terms & Conditions, the Official Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
Any matter not expressly addressed in these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the company's final approved campaign policy.
