TTC mode enables linear cooling*

The exceptional software and lift technology enable a linear cooling process in TTC mode: In this program, the user determines the freely selectable cooling rate after firing. Cracks in the ceramic or the dreaded “chipping” are a thing of the past.
* Only available in the VARIO 230 ZR version.

Z-120 technology

The VARIO 230 series with an inner diameter of the firing chamber of 120 mm and a height of the heating coil of approx. 60 mm ensures a homogeneity of the firing temperature on the entire firing tray, regardless of the position or number of ceramic objects. This guarantees the sintering of your dental ceramics according to the highest quality standards.

Z – Drying mode

The virtual sensor calculates the lift position based on the temperature in the firing chamber and automatically ensures the ideal and constant pre-drying temperature on the object. A significant time saver for your laboratory.

Safety through PFC (Power Fail Control)

In the event of an unforeseen short-term interruption in the power supply, the PFC is activated: after the fault has ended, the electronics return to the point in the program where the interruption occurred and end the program normally.
